remarks in post-treatment of compound film rubber stopper
1. clean environment for dismantling exterior packaging: noncontrolled area → dismantling exterior packaging → 300000-level, spray exterior packaging plastic bag via pass box → second spray of two-layer interior packaging plastic bag via pass box → 100000-level, third spray of interior packaging plastic bag, enter 10000-level special potcher (semi-automatic), manual potching or spooning rubber stopper is forbidden as it may cause endless risks of cross contamination.
2. we suggest rubber stopper be potched for 5min with purified water or water for injection heated by 60-80℃, total potching time shall be no more than 15 min. lift stainless steel container for semi-automatic potcher to make the clean rubber stopper after potched to fast and safely enter repacking container.
3. we suggest rubber stopper be dipped into 0.9% physiological saline for 5 min before potching in order to reduce part statics on surface of the rubber stopper for easy potching.
4. we suggest rubber stopper be blown by anti-static ionic wind above the container for 3-5min in order to more effectively reduce statics on surface of the rubber stopper and more easily have particles fall off the surface of the rubber stopper to achieve better potching effects.
5. we should remind manufacturers of transfusion preparations, consequence resulted by the use of simple and unscientific potcher is so serious, especially valuable water cost used in each potching process, which may be ignored by most pharmaceutical enterprises. so how to select potcher and potching process is important. semi-automatic potcher independently developed by lanling with self-innovation and proprietary intellectual property rights is effective with its small size, flexibility, convenience and easy operation (more details, please refer to cd on equipment operation).
