to deal with the demand of company exploiting foreign market development on talents, accelerate internationalization talent cultivation, improve international competition level and encourage all staffs and managers can have good foreign language communication ability in daily working language, in recent two years, the company invite professional training institution to hold english training class and paste english learning materials, etc. forms to create the atmosphere of all students learning english.
to experience everyone’s study achievement, the company organized an engish test at p.m. 15:30 on november 30, 2015. considering employees’ comprehensive english level, the examination paper is divided into a and b two types (a type is simple in content, most of which is basic knowledge; the content of b type is mainly professional english knowledge). in this activity, students participated in activiely. dong jia, zhu songmei and hu jing in type a paper examination and ji xiaoyu and jiang qin in type b paper examinations obtained outstanding achievement.
through this activity, the company planed to include english learning plan into 2016 examination scope, carried out a test every three months and gave awards and punishment based on test results, hoping all employees in the company and managers can participate in it actively.
