to enhance our management of and guidance on the 80’s and 90’s staff, we specially invited professor jiang xiaohua from suzhou influence education & training group to give a lecture on how to manage the younger staff on 27th july. the training program was valued by the senior leaders. all the managing staff from group leader above participated in the training.
professor jiang xiaohua analyzed the younger staff’s characteristics, personality traits and their background based on his own experience. during the class, professor jiang combined theories, practice and fun games, cited comparative examples from western and eastern culture, allowed the students to learn while have fun at the same time. people all got the experience, techniques and methods on the younger generation management from the lively interaction.
through the training, each manager had more understanding and knowledge about the 80’s and 90’s generation. they have also accepted them from heart. they will better guide them and put their ability into well play to make them the major force in various frontiers of the company.
